I bought a cookbook before I moved that has recipes specifically designed for one or two people. I love it! There is nothing worse than wanting to cook for yourself, but dreading having to eat whatever you try to cook for the next three lunches. Here are a few of the things that I have tried so far and they have been DELICIOUS.
A different way to make homemade macaroni and cheese than I am used to, but it was pretty good.
This is a loaf of french bread. I will definitely make it again.
Neither of these are particularly healthy, but there are definitely healthier recipes in the book that I am going to try.
