Ralph has developed this new way to try to test the limits and assert his dominance (that we are striking from his behavior as quickly as possible). However, a few weekends ago, he was at my Moms and the conversation went like this:
D (4 years old): NANA! How did you teach Ralphie to hug me?
My Mom (aka Nana): Oh, Ralphie no! We don’t want Ralphie to hug.
D: But, he is a good hugger!
Nana: Well, still. We really don’t want Ralphie to hug people. He’s not really hugging…
I mean, it is nice and all that the kids think that he is hugging, but it makes it pretty darn hard to try to stop the dog from undesirable behaviors.
